Confirmation Sponsor Information Form

Sacramental Preparation classes are for children in grades 2 to 8 who would like to receive the sacraments of First Reconciliation, Confirmation and First Eucharist. 

Who?

This program is intended for children aged 7 to 13 years old who have been baptized. If your child has not yet been baptized, or your child is older than 13 and would like to receive the sacraments, please contact the parish office.

When?

Classes will begin mid-October. The schedule can be found by clicking here. Closer to the start date, an email will be sent to the registered families. 

Where?

Holy Family Parish, 1021 McCarthy Blvd N

Cost?

The registration fee is $100/child or $125/two children from the same immediate family.

Payment should be submitted by September 30^th in one of the following two ways:

1. E-transfer to [email protected] 
2. Cheque made out to Holy Family Parish and submitted in person or by mail to: 1021 McCarthy Blvd N, S4X 3P9

**Please note that the payment is for Sac Prep and your child’s name.
